Romans 12:3-8 – Loving One Another with Our Spiritual Gifts

The first eight verses of Romans 12 lay out a blue-print for fulfilling the great commandment which is to “love the Lord your God with all your heart… [and] your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:37-38). Last week, Dr. Charles Lake discussed how to live a life of sacrifice to the Lord. This week, Andy Petry picks it up where Paul instructs us on how to function as the body of Christ through our spiritual gifts. Romans 8:15-23 – The Millennial Kingdom

In Romans Chapter 8, the Apostle Paul discusses the assurance we have of our salvation in Christ. In verses fifteen through twenty-three, he specifically describes us as being adopted as children of God as well as being co-heirs with Christ. This week we continue our study in the book of Romans by wrapping up chapter 8 and looking at how to experience certainty in uncertain times.
